Humidity Testing
Accelerated humidity testing to evaluate coating durability, corrosion resistance, and material performance under controlled moisture and temperature conditions.

What is Humidity Testing?
Humidity testing evaluates how coatings, materials, and components perform when exposed to high moisture environments. Parts are placed inside controlled environmental chambers where temperature and relative humidity are regulated to simulate real-world exposure conditions.
Laboratory Testing (LTI) performs humidity testing to evaluate corrosion resistance, coating durability, and material stability under continuous moisture exposure. This testing helps identify issues such as blistering, adhesion loss, corrosion, and surface degradation.
Humidity testing is commonly used to evaluate coatings, plated components, and assemblies that may experience prolonged moisture exposure during service life.
