FROM PHILADELPHIA AND SOUTH

Take I-95 South to 476 North. Follow 476N to Exit 31 for Lansdale/Kulpsville. Turn left onto Rte. 63 (Sumneytown Pike). At traffic light, turn left onto Forty Foot Road. Follow Forty Foot Road into Hatfield (becomes W. Broad Street). Turn left onto Market Street, then bear right onto Union Street (becomes Unionville Pike). At traffic light turn right onto North Penn Road. Turn left onto Sandstone Drive. Make left onto Topaz Drive. Follow the road to the cul-de-sac.

FROM ALLENTOWN AND NORTH

Take Rte. 309 South from Allentown or Quakertown areas. After passing Souderton Exit, watch for first traffic light. At light, turn right onto Unionville Pike. Turn left at first light onto North Penn Road. Turn left onto Sandstone Drive. Turn left onto Topaz Drive. Follow the road to the cul-de-sac.

FROM NORTH NEW JERSEY (VIA RT. 202)

Take I-78 West toward the Garden State Parkway. Merge onto I-287 South at Exit 29 toward Rte. 202 South. Merge onto Rte. 202 South and follow the route into PA. Just after crossing Rte. 413, merge onto the Rte. 202 South bypass. Stay on the Rte. 202 bypass approximately 6 miles, then turn right onto County Line Road. Stay on County Line Road approximately 2 miles, turn left onto Line Lexington Road. Turn right onto Rte. 309 North (Bethlehem Pike). At the fourth traffic light, turn left onto Sterling Drive. Turn right at first stop sign onto North Penn Road. Turn right onto Sandstone Drive. Make next left onto Topaz Drive. Follow the road to the cul-de-sac.

FROM NEW YORK AND NEW JERSEY (VIA NJ TURNPIKE)

Take New Jersey Turnpike, then Pennsylvania Turnpike West to Exit 339 for Fort Washington. After exiting the Turnpike, turn right onto Rte. 309 North. Follow Rte. 309 North through Montgomeryville. From the five-point intersection in Montgomeryville (Intersection of Routes 309, 202 & 463), travel approximately 4 miles on Rte. 309 North (Bethlehem Pike). Turn left onto Sterling Drive at the traffic light. Turn right at the stop sign onto North Penn Road. Turn right onto Sandstone Drive. Make left onto Topaz Drive. Follow the road to the cul-de-sac.

FROM READING AND WEST

Follow Rte. 422 (Pottstown Expressway) East towards King of Prussia. Exit Rte. 422 at Rte. 29 (Phoenixville/Collegeville). Make a left at the bottom of the ramp. Follow Rte. 29 for approximately 2 miles to a “T” and make a right turn. Immediately get in the left lane to turn left at the next traffic light (approximately 100 yards) where Rte. 29 continues. Stay on Rte. 29 for 4 miles, then make a right turn onto Rte. 113. Follow Rte. 113 (becomes Bridge Road and Harleysville Pike along route) approximately 12 miles into Souderton. After going through Souderton, turn left onto East Broad Street which turns into Souderton Road. In approximately 1 more mile, take the ramp for Rte. 309 South. Turn right at the first traffic light onto Unionville Pike. Turn left at first light onto North Penn Road. Turn left onto Sandstone Drive. Make next left onto Topaz Drive. Follow the road to the cul-de-sac.
