Customers receive a detailed certified report following the completion of metrology services, which specifies our A2LA accreditation, NIST-traceable standards, and all inspection or calibration results. After calibration, the certificate also lists “as found” and “as left” conditions and any adjustments or repairs made by our technicians.

A Leading National Calibration Lab

Our calibration process entails inspecting and verifying the accuracy of the instrument’s output, then making any necessary adjustments to bring the item within tolerance. Our calibration lab can also repair and provide replacement parts upon request. On-site calibration services are available at customer facilities within a 125-mile radius of our lab. Most adjustments and repairs can also be completed in the field when needed, and calibration reminder notices are sent when it is time to recalibrate instruments.
