Laboratory Testing Inc. provides professional and accredited temperature calibration services in the greater Philadelphia area. We offer a variety of specialized tests, including Hygrometer, Psychrometer, RTD Probe calibration, and more.

The Temperature Calibration Method at LTI

Calibration of temperature measuring devices is performed by LTI Metrology at our Philadelphia, PA (USA) area lab and field calibration within a 130-mile radius of our facility.

Top-of-the-line Fluke calibration equipment is used throughout the temperature calibration lab and for services performed at your location to verify optimal performance from your temperature instruments. Computerized equipment records all calibration readings, and then we output the results from a database to ensure accurate reporting in our calibration certificates.

LTI Metrology can perform temperature calibration on a wide range of devices, from portable temperature-measuring instruments to large ovens and furnaces. The Lab has dry wells and liquid baths ranging from -45° C to 700°. Temperature Uniformity Surveys are conveniently performed onsite according to AMS 2750D pyrometry requirements. Technicians take temperature readings at various locations within the oven or furnace to accurately assess temperature consistency, and adjustments can be made as needed.

Temperature calibration services are A2LA and ISO 17025 accredited and calibration measurements are NIST traceable. LTI Metrology strives to meet all your calibration needs, including fast-documented results in a Certificate of Calibration. You will receive a reminder from us when it’s time for re-calibration.
